Prestiges

SkyBlock prestiges explained: trade your experience for a prestige, claim the reward of every tier, boost your resale and climb into the Legends.

Prestige is the long climb of SkyBlock. You pay in experience, Minecraft’s green bar, and you go up a notch. Almost every notch hands you something: a factory, a Core, boosters, a spawner, a new dimension for your island. Your /shop resale climbs with it. And at the very top, prestiges turn legendary.

Open the prestige screen

Type /prestige (or /prestiges). The Prestiges screen shows it all at a glance: your prestige, your experience, your resale bonus, the rewards waiting for you, and the button to ascend.

Ascend

  • The price is experience. The “Ascend to the next prestige” button shows the cost, what you have, and what you’re missing.
  • Only the cost is taken. Any extra experience stays yours, as levels and bar.
  • One click, one confirmation. The game always asks yes or no, and tells you how much you’ll have left.
  • Enough for several in a row? The screen says so. You still take them one by one, each with its own reward and its own moment.
  • The big milestones are announced to the whole server.

Tier rewards

Every tier shows its reward on the screen: grey until you get there, glowing while it waits, lit once taken. Nothing comes on its own: click the reward to claim it, with enough room in your inventory.

What the ladder gives you along the way:

  • factories for your island: Quarries, Sawmills and a Mob Pit;
  • ore Cores to slot into your quarries;
  • Primordial Gears, the part that unlocks the big factory levels;
  • boosters, casino tokens, Genesis Shards and Blank Blueprints;
  • job resources of your choice: Orichalcum, Elementium, sap or ichor, picked on a small screen;
  • devices: the Cyber Hopper and the Void Chest;
  • Rinacoins, worked out from your best job level at the moment you claim them;
  • your island’s Nether, then its End: they open by themselves when you reach the right prestige (island dimensions);
  • new monsters for your island’s Mob Pit, unlocked prestige after prestige.

Higher up, the ladder pays out less often but bigger: Rare spawners (spawners), each one announced to the server.

Tip: a reward claimed later is never lost. Rinacoins are worked out when you click: if your job gained levels in the meantime, the payout is bigger.

Your /shop resale

Every prestige adds a bonus on everything you sell at the shop, up to a cap. It stacks with your season rank and with sell boosters. The screen shows your current bonus.

Legendary prestiges

At the end of the regular ladder, the button becomes “Become Legend”. Each Legend still costs experience, and pays you in pure glory:

  • a badge, a star and your number, in front of your name in chat and in the tab list;
  • Legend titles that climb in colour: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond, Amethyst, Ruby and Obsidian Legend, then Starry Legend and Celestial Legend;
  • every new title is announced to the whole server.

The prestige board stands among the spawn’s leaderboards (/leaderboard prestige).

Earn experience faster

  • Gameplay orbs are worth far more than in vanilla: mobs, ores and crops done by hand. A furnace gives nothing.
  • The lucky mob. Any mob you kill can be lucky. Nothing gives it away before the final blow: when it dies, a burst of gold and a load of experience, from “nice luck” to “unheard-of luck”.
  • Experience boosters, won from the Daily, from job tiers or bought at the XP shop.
  • The XP rain of the pit events, and the vials of your island’s Mob Pit.

Tip: before you confirm, read the “You will have left” line. If you keep levels for the enchanting table, that’s where you’ll see it.
