The PvP warp
The skyblock PvP warp, the Rift Lands: the sanctuary, the arena, fights where you keep your gear, the bosses Azrak and Ignaroth, and the Punch bow trick.

The PvP warp takes you to the Rift Lands: an open world built for fighting, where time moves forward as you head north. You start in an archaic camp, cross antiquity, then the industrial age, and end up in the high-tech era. At the heart of it all lies the rift’s clearing, where a colossus and a dragon come every day to claim their champions. And here, dying doesn’t cost you your gear.
Getting there
- Type /warp pvp or /pvp: a short countdown starts, stay still, and you land in the sanctuary.
- Or click the Colosseum, north of the hub plaza: its screen takes you there and tells you when the next bosses arrive.
- To head back, type /pvp from the warp: back to the hub, as long as you’re not in combat.
The sanctuary
You arrive at the sanctuary of the first ages, a camp perched on a rock pillar, ringed by a parapet and lanterns. Here, no one can hurt you, and you hurt no one. Take your time to gear up.
Its only way out is the north gate. Jump: the fall doesn’t hurt, and you’re in the arena. But there’s no coming back up: the sanctuary is closed to anyone who went down.
The arena
- PvP is on everywhere outside the sanctuary.
- A hit puts you in combat for a while, even your own arrow: no commands, no way out, and logging off kills you. Wait for it to wear off before typing /pvp.
- When you die, you keep your inventory and your XP. Go for it.
- Invisible walls close the world in. On every side, mountains from each era, and along the way ruins and obstacles to hide behind, climb or set up an ambush.
Tip: grab a bow enchanted with Punch, draw it all the way and shoot at your own feet. The arrow launches you in the direction you’re looking. Perfect for diving onto an opponent or escaping a bad fight. Careful: your own arrow puts you in combat.
The bosses of the rift
Every day, at fixed times, the rift opens at the centre of the warp:
- Azrak, the Worldbreaker, a colossus in three phases.
- Ignaroth, the Winged Inferno, a fire dragon whose last phase plays out in the air.
The chat warns you several times before they arrive, with the /warp pvp command. Get in early: the warp closes when the boss appears, and only reopens once the fight is over. On some days they come back in heroic form: more health, heavier hits, and golden gear pieces for whoever brings them down.
What it levels up
- The Gladiator mastery counts your kills at the warp.
- The Manhunt micro-event plays out here, and Ignaroth’s Fury during the dragon’s fight: see micro-events.
- The gear pieces dropped by the bosses form sets, with a bonus when you wear several: see Azrak and Ignaroth.
