Spawn mob pits
The skyblock spawn mob pits: zombies and skeletons all to yourself, the rage gauge, the Enraged Pack Leader boss, and loot straight into your inventory.

On each side of the spawn, a bridge hung from giant chains runs out to a fighting island. West, the desert island and its zombies. East, the snow island and its skeletons. Each one runs a mob pit, and it has a secret: every player gets their own mobs there. No queue, no stolen kills. You show up, you swing, the loot drops into your bag.
Getting there
- From the hub plaza, take the west bridge (zombies) or the east bridge (skeletons).
- The Explorer’s Logbook and its GPS lead you to the nearest pit you haven’t fought in yet.
Your own pen
Walk up to the machine: a pen with your name on it appears, with its mobs, your rage gauge and your boss.
- Other players can’t see your mobs and can’t touch them: their swings and arrows pass straight through. Same for you at theirs.
- Near the slit, other players vanish from your screen. Nobody blocks your view, even with ten people on the same machine.
- A new pen arrives full. After that, it refills while you’re away, not under your sword.
The fight
- It’s vanilla combat: attack cooldown, critical hits, your enchantments and Looting all count.
- Loot and XP go straight into your inventory. Nothing drops to the ground. Careful: if your inventory is full, items from the mobs are destroyed. Make room before you farm.
- No corpses lying around: a fallen mob disappears at once, so your next swing lands on the next one.
- Every mob killed levels up your Hunter job.
- The pit grows with you. The higher your Hunter job, the faster the pen refills and the more mobs each swing mows down. Slow at first, very strong at the end.
Rage and the pack leader
Every mob you kill fills your Rage gauge, shown on the left of your screen. When it’s full, the Enraged Pack Leader bursts into your pen: tougher, and it heals itself.
- Take it down: its loot and its XP land in your inventory, far bigger than a regular mob’s.
- With a bit of luck, it drops a Quarry Core, the key to a new resource for your factories.
- Every boss defeated counts towards the Boss Killer mastery.
Your island’s mob pit
Same machine, spawn edition. The one on your island is a factory: it levels up, keeps its loot in a chest and takes an AFK post. At the spawn there’s no level, no storage, no post: you fight by hand, and everything goes into your bag.
Tip: alternate between the two pits. While you clear the zombies, the skeleton pen refills, and the other way round. One trip across the bridge and you never swing at thin air.
