Trading with players

Trading with players in skyblock: send a /trade request, build your offer, both accept. Safe from start to finish, nothing ever gets lost.

/trade opens a live trade with another player. Each of you lays out an offer, each of you sees the other’s, and nothing changes hands until you’ve both accepted. No more “drop it on the ground, I’ll pay you after”: the trade is built so neither side can scam the other.

Starting a trade

  1. Type /trade followed by the player’s username.
  2. They get your request in chat, with two buttons: [Accept] or [Decline]. They can also answer /trade accept or /trade deny.
  3. The request expires if nobody answers quickly.

Building your offer

The trade screen opens for both of you, your offer on the left, theirs on the right.

  • Click an item in your inventory to add it to your offer.
  • Click your offer to take an item back.
  • Nothing ever sticks to your cursor: every click is handled for you, cleanly.

When the offer suits you both, each of you clicks Accept the trade. A short countdown starts, then everything swaps at once.

Safety rules

  • Any change cancels both acceptances. If either of you adds or removes an item during the countdown, both acceptances drop and you have to accept again. Nobody can slip in a last-second swap.
  • Nothing gets lost. Closing the screen, logging off or cancelling gives everyone their items back. If your inventory is full at the end, the extra drops at your feet.
  • Bound items stay yours: the Multitool, a picked-up Forge, a crate key, worn battle pass wings, a mastery trophy.
  • A filled bag can’t be traded: empty it first.
  • No trading in creative.

Trades are for items. To add Rinacoins to the deal, use /pay right after, or go through the Auction House if your buyer isn’t online.
